battery light used to come on here and there i would just hit the rpm up to 4000 rpms and the light would go off the one day i did it and the light didnt go off so i drove it with the light on solid went to autozone got new alternator and battery light is still on so i kept driving it then the dash started freaking out and everything else that is electronic after a minute or two the gas pedal started to lose power and then the car died i tried starting it back up and i got nothing i put jumpercables on it and it starts right up but as soon as i remove the cables it dies out

Have you tested the Battery?

It's a new battery wen I installed it they tested it,it passed everything I think the car was running off of the battery so It isn't fully charged just got 11.8 on the multimeter car starts

If 11.8 at the alternator it is not working

I had the alternator tested in the car it failed said it was a bad regulator, it bench tested fine tested fine also I got a check engine light for a high voltage for the temperature sensor

You may have a break in the wire harness that plugs into the alternator. Need the code for the other issue.

Idle does from above 1000 rpm then drops below 1000rpm after a few minutes of running

I already told u the check engine light says its a high voltage at the engine coolant temperature sensor I would have to go back to autozone to get u the number code which I can't do because everything is torn apart
