Hi everyone, well I have a 1995 Pontiac sunfire 2.2 and have problems. To start off with is I did the head gasket and had the head resurfaced last year. And the head gasket is leaking again on the right side again. Anyone have any tips to make it stop?
The next problem I am having is the brake light and ABS light stays lit and the heater does not work. One in a while they will turn off and the heater will start working again. There is all new brakes all the way around on it. What could cause this? Any help would be great!

Thanks everyone, Mike

1. Did you follow the correct torque sequence when reinstalling? Did you use a good quality gasket like Felpro?
2. You need the ABS system scanned to find which wheel sensor is giving your the issue.
3. I cannt imagine any relationship between the brake/abs light and the heat. When you say the heater doesnt work you mean the fan doesnt work or the air blowing out wont get hot?

Hi thanks for your quick reply. Yes I used the proper sequence out of the factory Manuel. And yes when the lights turn off on the dash I then get power to the heating unit. When the lights come back on I have no power to the heater and ac unit at all. LOL. I am just stumped!

OK when the lights are on does the A/C-heater fan work on any speed? Have you had the ABS system scanned for code when the light is on?
