Hey guys i jusy got a 04 sunfire 2.2 ecotec i wanna do an engine upgrade want to know whats the biggest engine that i can put in it or is it better to just turbo it out

The largest is the 2.4 ecotec and you would need the ECM and engine wire harness.

I hear people doing a 3.8 supercharger would that fit in my 04 sunfire

No a 6 cylinder will not fit.

Thabk you sir 1 more question is it possible to change my shifter knob in a 04 it has a safty lever to put in in reverse is there a way to change it

Not sure what you mean by a safety lever, all automatics have a button on the knob to prevent accidentally knocking into the knob and changing gears.

I have a 5 speed that has a little lever that you habe to pull up to put into revers of you domt pull uo on it when you are in 5th amd try to put it in reverse. It will shoot it into 4th

Thats to prevent you from going into reverse accidentally while going forward, why would you want to get rid of that?

I dont i just wanna change the shifter knob just dont know if i can on this car caise of that safty feture i cant find and holes to take it off like an automatic

look at the front of the knob facing the dash, do you see a small clip.
if so using a small screwdriver remove the clip and pull off the knob
