Never Sold New 1985 Sunbird Convertible

and it comes with a "Truck Rack"

not bad he's only asking about 3 grand more than it originally sold for. For an all original and it being that clean kind of makes it worth it. However still ain't quite like a 62 impala or a 72 charger since a not so bad one of those would cost less and you'd have way more fun playing around with it.

Unfortunately birds just ain't all that appealing to some people. unless someone was looking to do a swap or some really customizable mods.

First order of business for the buyer would be REPAINT over that god awful color. lol

Look at his feedback. That ain't a good mark.
I wish he would have stated the "never sold new" a bit different. The title work is going to be an issue unless he himself would have been the dealer. Lots of "new" old cars around with their C of Os but it should have been stated that way.
Ya, that "truck" rack is something. HehHeh
I don't remember them being $12k. In 1985, prices were moving up but not that much yet on a Sunbird. Of course, there is the matter of my memory, too.

Yeah I thought 12k seemed a bit steep for 85 myself but then again that is a MSRP So it may have been more like 9 or 10k on the lot.

OMG wire wheel covers/white walls. Always hated the wire wheel covers, speaking as a mechanic. At least Pontiac had an OHC engine back then, and some were turbo'd.

Awe I actually liked those wire wheel covers lol.

Boy they didn't change much about the engine from the way mine looks 3 years later.

I want it so I can put a better head gasket on it since it will inevitably fail lmfao.

I wonder if those were 13 inch wheels or the blingin' 14s lol. There were some GM vehicles from the 80s that had 13 inch wire wheel covers!
