New caliper will not release.

Hello everyone and thanks in advance.

I have a 94 Grand AM SE and changed the front passanger side caliper this weekend. This is caliper no 2...It is frozen solid but if I open the bleader it will release immediately. I am not sure where to go next from here. Any ideas would be welcome.
