new fiero owner, clutch problems

Hey all, I just bought an 85 se 2.8L V6 4-speed and am having some clutch issues. I do believe the clutch will have to be replaced considering the pedal is all the way to the floor and it doesn't want to go in gear. Is this actually in need of a new clutch and if so, how can I do it myself?

You have a hydraulic clutch, the master or slave may have failed
