New from San Francisco with 78 Trans Am

The price was so good on this car I had to get it, 1978 Trans Am 6.6L 403 Olds with 131,000 miles. Runs great (after a carb rebuild and all new vacuum lines)
The car was originally Cameo white with a light blue interior and a blue phoenix and I plan on painting it all back to original.

Today I changed the rear shocks, buttoned up some interior stuff, replaced the brake light switch and tried buffing the paint a little.

OK I have to stick with the current engine which is a Chevy 350. At least.... For now. How/where do I find a conversion kit to turn it from a carb engine to a fuel injected engine? It's what I'm Guna have to do for now but I can't find an affordable kit. I would prefer some performance as I might build up the Chevy 350 but am unsure of the cars future.. Other than the Fact it will stay with me.

Your original post correctly states the engine is an Oldsmobile, where did the Chevy come from? For performance parts try www.summitracing.com or www.jegs.com
