• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Hey all. I just registered. I'm Mike from Plainfield, IL. I have a '67 GTO and my daily driver is a '99 Grand Prix GTP. Looks like a cool place, here. I've been into Pontiacs since I was @3 years old when my dad drove us around in his '66 GTO. I picked up my first GTO while I was in the Air Force in the late 80's-early 90's. It was a monster and got me in a lot of trouble.

My current GTO was passed down to me from my dad. I've had it for about 5 years. It's fairly stock. I have done a few mods. I replaced the front suspension with tubular upper and lower control arms, replaced the front drum brakes to discs, put a much thicker front sway bar. Pypes 2-1/2" exhaust with X-pipe and trumpet tips. It's a factory A/C and power steering car but, oddly, came from the factory without power brakes (it does now, however). It's a auto trans car with his-n-hers shifter. Over all, it's a decent driver. A true 20' car. It has its issues, though. But, that's the fun, right? Fixing and tinkering? :D

welcome to you and your Goat
