new headlights, moisture problem

Hi Gang!
Just bought my first Montana, '04. Got new new headlights, 1 has moisture in it. Bring it in side, dry it, more moisture in 2 days. Not wasging the car, lense silicone bead looks OK. Headlight does not burn it off! Bulb seems to seal OK. Any thoughts? Guide/OEM assy., good quality. Help!!

well theres not much more you can do , you said that they are new gm ones ? if they are new then take that one back! If not then the only thing I would check is the rubber gasket that seals around the lamp opening. what a poor design, I had to buy new ones also but bought off brand from rockauto or amazon I think they were tyc ? but very happy compared to what I had.

You are sure you are not missing anything where the bulb fits into the housing? Compare it with the old ones.
