• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Hi, I recently joined this blog but have been a long time Pontiac owner. I believe my G8 is my 16th Pontiac. My first was a '70 LeMans coupe.
I've been pondering about selling my G8 GT to buy a late model GTO. I just don't have the need for 4 doors anymore, even though I love the looks of my car. The car only has around 6600 miles on it. As being retired, I don't take it out as much as I should or need to. Also, being from NY and having summer only rubber doesn't make for a good winter car. We have the Terrain for that. Thank god for battery tenders and car covers. Us Pontiac loyalists have been screwed with the shuttering of Pontiac but at least we have these forums to fuel our thirst, as to say. Happy motoring, Mot76

Hey Mot76,
Just joined myself. All Pontiac back to a 65 GP as first.
Got a G8 GT about a month ago in dark sport red metallic, but it won't' be the last.

I have a feeling I will keep buying lower mile Bonnies and G8s to replace the ones I have as mileage climbs (already doing it ... With second 2005 Bonne :) ).

2009 G8 GT - SRM Premium/Sport/Sunroof
2005 Bonneville GXP – DOHC V8 Northstar
2005 Bonneville SLE
2001 Grand Prix GTP - SC
1994 Bonneville SSEi – S Port Magnuson SC
1969 Grand Prix SJ – 428cid/370hp

welcome to both of you

Yea, I remember my dad having a '66 Catalina coupe. It was a sharp looking car. I had a new '78 Bonneville Brougham coupe in dark blue with a light blue landau top. That blue pillow velour interior looked like a french whore house. I loved it.
