• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... I'm going to be acquiring a 99 Pontiac Grand Am GT. has 98k on the clock.

I will be new to Pontiac, but certainly not new to wrenching on my rides. My other car is a 91 Isuzu Impulse RS in which only about 800 were imported to America, Canada, and South America. The little thing came with AWD turbo, intercooled, and handling by lotus right out of the factory. It is now my major project car, which is why I am getting the GA for my daily driver.

Here is my impulse in progress, with removal of rust and in the body work stages.

Up next is finishing the custom bumpers then primer and paint.

I look forward to getting the GA and learning more about them and figuring out their quirks.
