• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... New to Pontiacs but not new to old cars. In fact, I probably have more than I should have but it's fun and keeps me out of trouble for the most part. Have several VW bugs from the mid-sixties, Mercedes from '68 to '82, Lincoln Mark V, Oldsmobile woody station wagon, Corvair, '49 Plymouth--all nice survivors some nicer than others. I'm not hardcore about it but would rather think of it as a way to have fun and turn a few heads once in awhile.
Now I've acquired this black '83 Firebird Trans Am with the Knight Rider stuff I think but I'm little confused on that part of it and need to find out more information. 170,000 on the motor and the car has a few minor issues but is basically a very nice driver. I'll be trying to find out more about it as I get further into it and I hope this forum will help.
