No A/C blower, gauges not working, windows not working all at same time

My girlfriend drives a 2000 Pontiac grand am gt. This morning she went out to go start her car and when she started it up (all at once), the AC, windows, and gauge cluster all crapped out. Radio works just fine. She said she drove it and it rode just like how it usually does.

Anyone have any ideas as to what this might be? For more context, she recently had a new ignition switch installed as well as a new battery.
