Wondering if anyone know's why I don't have any air coming from front window defroster vents heat works great..takes alil bit to get it up to warming temperature which i don't know if that's not abnormal but just wondering if anyone can give me a direction to go thanks :)

A problem with a blend door actuator would cause that problem.

Can you tell me where that actually is and how to go about fixing it??

Is it a 1994?

So the blue line is the defroster?? Can a blown fuse cause this issue too??

Its vacuum controlled.
The fan is working?
Did you check the fuses?

Can you explain to me why it takes awhile for my car to warm up??? Meaning to produce heat...my temp gauge alil past 100 but not much is that the cause??

The temperature gauge when fully warmed up should read a minimum of 195.

So what would cause it not getting up to around that temperature??

A bad thermostat

How did we jump from no air to temperature?

Well the no window defroster I cant figure out for the simple fact I cant even figure out how to get the climate control panel from the dash to see what's going on in there..and I was curious about the low temperature because I've never known a car to run low temp like that...even in the summer it was running around 160ish but in colder days now its barely crackin 100 I got heat but it's nothing to brag about..I got a 195 thermostat ordered along with a coolant flush

Ok, two different issues. You have a thermostat stuck in the open position.

I got a thermostat on order..I googled around and they said most common one is a 195 degree one so that's what I picked up..I'm gonna flush the system and then put the new one in with brand new coolant..that should fix my low temperature reading..the front defroster is a hole another situation .I got this car off a guy that knew crap about cars..its a solid car for it's age with only 90,000 original miles on it..just replaced the CV axles..with an alignment..ac compressor and not the cooling system is gonna get freshen up before winter..

Would it be best to flush the system with the old stuck open thermostat then after I flush it put the new one in so I can bleed the system??.. and you bleed the system by just leaving the cap off with the engine on for about 15 minutes??

Correct install new thermostat after flush.
For bleeding google 'GM ,size of your engine, air bleed'
