No heat but have new thermostat

Hi there,

About 6 months ago, my car was overheating and found out that the thermostat was stuck. $800 later!!!....it ran great...until yesterday. I was driving along and heard those horrid bells, letting me know it is overheating again, and no hot air was coming through....and it is COLD here...brrrr. I bought anti-freeze and it was definately in need, let it run and it is still overheating again. I let it run a good half hour. Any suggestions? Thanks so much.

You have a coolant leak or stuck thermostat and now have air in the system, pressure test it to determine if you have a leak. How often do you look to see if the coolant level is correct?
