O2 Sensor replaced?

I replaced my 02 sensor and erased the code with my scan tool. Took it out for a drive on the highway doing 100 km/s and then 80km/s after that did some city driving got home after to 40 mins. I checked to see if it was ready for emissions.On my scan tool showed yellow light with flashing EV on the screen. What did I do wrong here? I live in London Ontario Canada there etesting has changed they plug into computer for to see if I pass they don't hook up to the tailpipe now.
 
doesnt the scan tool come with instructions explaining how to interpret the meaning of the yellow light?
 
I found the book for it. I found in the dtc library P0001 code. Fuel volume regulater control circuit/open. I have no check engine light on now. How can I fix this. Do I have to do another drive cycle again?

Thank you I'll check it tomorrow. I'm wondering if I touch the plug when I unpluged the o2 sensor from above at the back of the firewall.
 
Everything is good but ev flashes on my obd2 scanner all other ones stopped flashing after drive cycle. Should I go for the emission testing and hope it passes?
 
From what I have read as long as ur cel isn't on and you have driven it long enough to satisfy the computer you should be fine.
