Oil Pan Leak?

I replaced some missing bolts on the oil pan, but could not get one behind the balancer due to lack of access. I still have oil leaking behind the balancer onto the frame rail, but not near as much as before when I found random missing blots on the pan. Could the oil be leaking past the half moon seal under the balancer on the oil pan and hopefully not from a main seal at the balancer?

If bolts were missing and replacing them slowed the leak down, you need to replace the oil pan gasket.
