housing. Question is: While the car-? is at normal operating temp , can you unscrew that screw on housing and tell if the water pump is pumping from seeing water come from the screw port?? PLEASE ANSWER!!!
the water at normal operating temperature is under pressure, so removing the screw will tell you nothing about the pump. Pumps usually fail because of leaks not because they stopped pumping.
