maybe you should state your problem because you are throwing out a bunch of terms that are related but give not idea what your trying to do. A fuse is the same as you have in your house for instance it protects electrical circuits. A chip is something you would find in any computer including your car. Everything in a car circuit has a ground back to the negative terminal of the battery.
