over heating 1995 pontiac grand am need help?

my car keeps runing hot i checked the water pump made sure the steel line runing from the radiator wasnt clogged put in a new thermostat and i dont think the head gasket is blown any suggestions please help it has the 2.3 quad 4

any chance the radiator is clogged, after 15 years it might be time for replacement or boiling out if you can find a radiator shop
