P0507 and p0455

How do you get a car out if failsafe mode? How can you test a throttle position sensor and a throttle position actuator and an idle air control valve. One problem after another. I have a light in for stabilitrak service and traction control service. I really have no idea where to go from here. Please any advice is appreciated

Not sure what you mean by "failsafe" mode?
Do you have codes you can post?
The evap code is discussed here OBD-II Trouble Code: P0455 Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (no purge flow or large leak)
For the IAC unless you have an advanced tool you can only clean it or replace it, P0507 Idle Air Control System RPM Higher Than Expected
The other ABS codes I explained in your other post is usually wheel sensor related.

According to what I have researched, once the p0507 gets triggered it puts the vehicle in failsafe mode to prevent damage to the engine. I think it takes away a gear or something. I guess its also called limp mode or something
