P1635 Code diagnosis?

I am getting a 1635, 5 volt reference circuit code.

does anyone have a step by step diagnosis on this?

My code reader says:
A/C Pressure sensor harness is open or shorted
MAP sensor harness is open or shorted
EGR valve harness is open or shorted

I am also getting higher RPS when the engine is in idle or neutral.

that is the only code you have?
you have checked both the MAP and EGR circuits and you have 5 volts going to both components?

I havent started yet. I figured i would try to read up on it and get some advice. I am getting am O2 sensor code as well I will have to check and seewhat the code is.

Where are the MAP and EGR located? I cant find a good map of the enginer sensors

I did, I just wasnt asking the question the right way..I found it. funny how an extra word can give you completely different results in your search.
