i have a 2003 2.2 5 spd sunfire and a couple days ago my right headlight has stopped working, i can put it on low or high beams and the both bulbs in the headlight stay on either way and are really dim but my left head light works perfect any help would be great thanks.

thanks for your reply.. i have checked all the grounds and everything and then i got it working somehoe but now i have another problem when i start the car and turn the lights on theres is a clicking sound then the check engine light comes on and the lights dont work at all but if i start the car with the parking break on then put the lights on then put the parking break offthe lights will work untill i get driving down the road then the clicking sound again and no lights

If this started after you did your check for bad ground or wire harness issue retrace what you did. You appear to still have a wire harness issue. If the CEL comes on and stays on take the car to autozone or similar parts store that does free code lookup.

all the wires are spliced at the rad suport you have to take the covering off the wires at the suport and resplice them and there is a ground block bolted to the body near the rad you should elimanate by cutting the ground wires off the block splice them all together with an eyelet then clean up the body where they were attached and fasten the eyelet back on there hope this helps you as it did me
