Well I bought the wife a gorgeous 2005 montana sv6 and we LOVE this van and I'm having it repainted so while it's down I'd like to get my only issue with it fixed. I have the RF abs wheel speed sensor wire rubbing threw issue that sets off the abs, stability, and traction codes, now I found the spot and someone has already tried to repair the wire with crimp connections and I know that's not how I would fix the issue. So I know there is a smaller section that u can buy to replace a section but I found two other wires rubbed threw by the ac dryer. So I do not want to solder these wires because I've had problems with gm wires not taking flux and being able to solder the connection solidly. So I want to run all new wires for the damaged wires but I need the correct gm metal terminal connections. I'd like to find a kit that has everything I could ever need! Can anyone help me? I just recently had major back surgery again and cannot lean over the engine and work so I'm having my wife pull the damaged harness out with my guidance and I will be rewiring it from the comfort of my big pillowed chair and table... A large GM only terminal kit would be wonderful and price isn't really an issue but her safety is the up most concern this winter! Any help would greatly be appreciated!

I have a really good PDF service manual for the can but it only labels some of the terminals id's ...
Been looking for days now for info so I hope someone can help point me in the right direction... And downtime is at a minimum since she is the only one working and I gotta take care of this issue ASAP

Could try rock auto , I saw them selling electrical connectors.
Why not goto dealer and order the connectors and or wiring harness?

Yup tried rock auto I just need the metal terminals I'm reusing the connectors and installing new wires possibly 4 wires total... Besides the harness can't be bought from what my local dealer told me... God I could t image the price they would want anyway

try this site for connectors but really dont know why you think there is something special about the wires with regard to soldering them.

Well My step dad retired out of gm and said some of the wiring is what they called brown wire which he said is junk and non solder able wire and since I had this same issue with a 2000 cavalier and I kid u not the abs wire that broke was brown as hell even after I cut up to get fresh wire, I've never seen anything like it ,And he wouldn't even try it and he taught me to solder so I consider myself pretty at good soldering since I do a lot on my r/c's and never have had any I couldn't solder... Am I wrong??

Yea the break is right at where the cradle meets the a arm ... I seen those but can't find the other end of the connection in the harness... How far up could it be?? Sorry again just had major back surgery so it's hard for me to get under let lone work on it
