Pontiac grand am gt 1999 blower fan not working on 1,2,3....???

1999 pontiac grand am gt;; it never worked on 1, & 2, but it worked on 3,4,5........ but recently sumthing happend where it wont work on 3;; can someone tell me what the problem is??? and how can i fix it????

You have to test the switch. If the switch is OK then you need to change the blower motor.

IT is probably NOT the switch or the motor.. They have blower motor resistors near the blower motor that control the speeds they commonly go bad but are hard to replace you may want to have the dealer or a service shop do it ..
