i need help with trying to find out what is wrong with my Radio i was going down the road and i smelt something burning like a wire but i pulled over shut the car off and now my radio wont work its like there is no power getting to it i have checked the fuses and there fine is there any thing Else and is this a problem for the type of Model and year please help it sucks not haveing a radio i also put a new one in and it dident work thank you

Mine has never done that before. Don't remember if I ever smelled an electrical type of burning, but I'm on my third radio/cd player. I was told that the 2002 Sunfires have a diffective radio/cd player. They knew it was a problem but just didn't do anything about it. Luckyly mine was covered by warranty and I didn't have to pay anything. Hopefully this one won't brake on me, but it does scratch up my CDs.
