Pontiac Sunfire SE 2002

When I put my key in only my radio turned on , the dash stays off and the car won't start. There's a purple 6-pin harness that had burned with the wire that seems to be connected to the starter. Need help either identify the 6 pin harness or what the issue is even?

Have you tried splicing in the same gauge wire where you see the broken wire?

Junkyard or PickNPull.....cut the connection a few inches back at each end and solder/ shrink sleeve or butt connector back together.
....... purple wire goes to the starting system.... Cavalier is the same 2002 and up.
