Pop up issue

I finally got my dream car, it's an 89 T/A it has the common issues these cars have, but the one that has me puzzled is the left headlight seems to be a bit lazy. It pops after the right one. Any advice?

motor is getting worn, not a big deal. Easy fix... Its not the relay switch or else neither would work at all...

You can actually quick fix them by pulling the gear and turning it to good teeth since only a portion of the gear is used to open and close. If you want a set of new gears quick, NAPA sells them but the above is the best long lasting fix.
