Hi guys I'm new to this forum and I need some expert advice.
My girlfriend drives an 03 grand am 2.2 and she loves the car. It's always had this weird thing it does (sometimes) where when you start the car, the engine cranks and starts but the rest of the car is dead electrically for anywhere from 5 to 30 ish seconds and then it would power to life just like it would if it was acting normally, dash lights come on, gages do the sweep and the radio and hvac powers on. So we have been just living with that minor issue.
Today she was driving to work and she was sitting an an intersection and the car just blacked out electrically . It would not crank no dash lighs nothing she was dead in the water. So I rushed to help her (luckily she was right down the street) while I was driving there some nice people pushed the car into a parking lot. I got there and it started up like nothing happened. I drove it home and she took my other vehicle to work.
Any ideas or similar issues with anyone here....?
Thank you for you future help...
