Possibly Screwed in a G8 Purchase, please help

Whats up people. Today I purchased a 2008 Pontiac G8 Base V6 with 87,000 miles for $12,000 from a dealership. Everything was fine and dandy until I started driving the car home.

The instrument cluster was set on showing the amount of miles left in the tank and when I left was at 68, then drove 6 miles, 45, I went home about 10 miles away goes back to 62 then literally in park, watched it switch to 58???

On top of that they were supposed to repair the door hinge, it worked first few times i opened the door then failed. So I started thinking this is real weird.

unless the bill of sale states it is a salvage automobile you may have legal recourse. First check with the dealer and then if no positive action occurs procede with the local official legal outlets such as the state DA office.
