Price and Diagnosis on 1991 Pontiac Bonneville problems?

My Bonneville just started vibrating recently. Really the front passenger side vibrates as I can tell by the vibrating dashboard. It happens on occasions, could anyone tell me what is causing this. Someone said the transmission is locking up and pressure is causing the vibration another one said it was the muffler as it has shaken loose from my welds. If so or if it is another problem, could someone give me prices also as I about $540 to fix the problem. Anyones answers and prices are accepted. Thanks for the time.

suggest to check wheel bearings, CV joints, wheel balance, tie rod ends, ball joints, and warped rotor.

Also suggest that a competent mechanic ought to be able to figure it out and fix it for less than $540.
