problem with ventilation system

hello,

I am back with another problem. this time it is with the ventilation system. when you turn on the fan, air only comes out of the front vents. when you change it to the floor or the defroster, no air comes out on the floor or the defrosters, only the front vents. someone told then that it might be a problem with the motor. does anyone know what the problem could be and is there any thing that we can check?

what year is the car
u could have electronic door controls, or a vacuum one
either way the problem is no door movement

which mean u need a door actuator

check under hood make sure line is not off or broken

ok its vacuum i think
anyways in the centre of vehicle in front the unit is around there
u should be able to see an meatl bar attach to a black round object i guess we will call it
that rod should( move up and own or back and fourth)
this controls the door
check and see if there is vacuum on this line
if u move this rod manually u can control the door unit
