I have a 2002 pontiac sunfire automatic tranny I put it in park and it makes a wierd winding noise, doesnt slip grind or anything. also my next question is it runs rough I recently replaced the coils, spark plugs double platinum, and wires, i did a load test alternator checked out find, so did the starter didnt draw too much voltage and the battery was 12.35 when it should be 12.75 and it just runs wierd some times. Im thinking bad gas? any ideas?

Left turn signal doesnt work all the time replaced it idk what the problem is maybe a bad ground? any ideas?

if you place it in park with the parking brake off can you push the car?
Do you have a check engine light on?
Did it run weird before you changed the coils, spark plugs and wires?
What do you mean you replaced the left turn signal, a bulb? which bulb? If the problem is in the rear, bend the wire tabs on the bulbs slightly outward to improve contact.

the car cannot be pushed no check engine light. also the car had pre detonation before. and yes the bulb.

have you tried cleaning the throttle body? try bending the bulb contacts. Not sure on the trani noise, could be related to parking pawl.

the pawl is an internal part in the transmission that engages when you put the car in park to prevent the car from rolling.
