question about a pontiac sunfire 2003 automobile. please help :(?

4 quarts with a new filter. Start the engine and let it run for 30 seconds. Shut the engine off and wait 1 minute. Check the oil level on the dipstick twice.

No it will be four and half quarts with the filter
