Rally 2 wheels question

I bought four pontiac rally 2 wheels and two of the wheels are a tiny bit bigger around on the front of the wheel. Is that normal? I'm not familiar with rally wheels.

I'm not clear what your statement " a tiny bit bigger around on the front of the wheel" means. Can you post a picture?

They came in different widths and diameters.

they are available in aftermarket in 14x6, 14x7,15x7, 15x8, and even 15x10 but the OP states "a tiny bit" not an inch or more.
