I’m replacing my rear bumper on a 62 Catalina does anyone know how to disconnect backup lights? I can’t figure out how short of cutting wire. Thanks

These appear to be the lamps. Did you look for some small nuts holding the lamps to the bumper? You may have to support the bumper with a jack and pull it away from the body.

Look in the trunk there might be a connector, the rubber grommet should pull out.
