I have noticed that when I hit a bump no matter what speed I feel a wobble/sway/bounce from the rear passenger side of the van. It kinda makes the rear of the van move side to side. The up and down bounce is also a lot more extreme than what it used to be. I checked under neath the van and all the bushings seem to be fine. I also checked the wheel bearings and they seem to be fine. I found that the fuse for the air compressor was missing so apparently over the past 3 years of owning this van the air compressor has never worked, after replacing the fuse and getting the air compressor working it made the problem worse. I notice that the air compressor runs every time I park the van and turn the engine off, is that normal? The rear passenger side rim seems like it might have a slight egg shape to it so I am going to swap it to the other side and see if the problem follows the wheel. Does anyone else have any other suggestions?

Shocks are worn out. The compressor should not continue running.

Yep sounds like the air shocks are done for. I just installed a set from rockauto for around $60 , one of the easiest things i have done to the van. Air lines hook up just like the factory ones. I would also say to pull the fuse until u replace the shocks cause u don't want to kill the compressor. Don't forget to check the psi in ur tires.
