Rear liftgate won't open, there is no clicking sound when I press the keyfob to unlock the lift gate, is it the actuator

I have a 2004 Montana. The rear liftgate is not opening. When I depress the the unlock button on the keyfob, there are no clicking sounds from the liftgate, but there are from all the other doors. Would this indicate that the actuator is no longer working and is that difficult to replace.

Is there another switch anywhere that opens the liftgate or just the handle on the liftgate?

There is not another switch that I know of!
