Im guessing your talking about rear turn signals? Brake lights and rear turn signals you go through the trunk pull the carpet out from the rear corner should be some clips you unscrew pull out the taillight assembly and there will be plastic clips that go into the inside of the assembly twist them pull them out and the bulbs will pull out of the clip and push the new ones in carefully. Follow the steps back to put all back together.
When it comes to the front signals its a pain there should be a plastic cover over the headlights under the hood with a bunch of plastic clips remove those, than unbolt the headlights remove them and you can get at the turn signals same sort of twist out clip. If you need to do one do both this way you will not have to do it again for a while.
