i am taking a transmission out of a 1999 pontiac bonneville and was wondering the easiest way to take it out. Do i need to take out the sub frame with the engine and trans together or is there an easier way?
 
I found that you have to drop the sub frame but you don't have to drop the engine you just have to hoist it up to hols it up.
