If i would buy two new speakers to replace the 6x9's in the back.. and replace them with new 6x9's b/c mine are goin bad... can i use teh same wires and stuff that is there from the current speakers? like the wires have nothing to do with the sound right.. lol

I think you answered your own question. If your trying to find the easy way out, try and find out what the power difference is between stock and ur new ones. Actually what is importance is the amperage rating of both. If they are the same you should be fine. if the ratings of the replacement are higher you will need to size the wire appropriately.

Use the existing wires. Even if the new speakers are rated at a way higher amperage, the radio still puts out the same power level.
