I have a 2002 Pontiac Montana. My fuel guage wanders everywhere up & down the dial.I cannot get an accurate reading on how much fuel I actually have in the tank. What do I do?

You can try replacing the sender in the tank.

Do I need to drop the tank or is there an access panel inside the van that I can get to?

typically dropping the tank is required you may want to check a Haines manual or google for detailed steps

You can try this procedure to help a intermittent gas gauge this may or may not help you. Good luck.
