Service Traction System

Its a Montana 2003 two wheels drive. Very sporadic times when try start engine appeared message Service Traction System, then I just removed the key by half minute and later next starting was normal. But today this message no disappear and engine not starting. Is there a way of "reset" or what could cause it to check ?

Service traction system has nothing to do with the car not starting.
Does the engine turn over when you try to start or nothing happens?

You may have a dead battery.
Do you have a voltmeter?

Fixed, negative connector was some loosed, cleaned both and changed battery, diagnosed at autoparts as bad one but under warranty then no money, generator is ok. Thanks so much for your help
