ses light 2001 grand am?

light comes on after reset at about 40 +/- miles. checked with az and all parimeters are ok. Cleaned mass and throttle body. still comes on. Does this light tie into the body modules?

what code do you get when the light comes on?

New ga owner and appreciate help

pardon the delay. no codes came up when scanned. its the ses light above tach.( theres also one above mph, but not on.) book says it will flash if a missfire occurs and stay on if emission related. in another section it states it will lightup if a fault in the daytime running lights or auto lights take place. doesnt differentiate which light though.

Spoke to soon. Came back on at 116 miles. (was 40) Not sure what it is. only thing i did was fix multifunction switch and it stayd off. At least for awhile. weird. dont know what to make of the two different ses lights either. Doesnt run any different though.
