Trying to find out why under heavy braking the front end goes into a shimmy. Has new brakes and tires. Wonder if needs front struts or wheel bearings. Discs are good. Just annoying.
sounds like a classic "warped rotor". I just changed brakes in my van and the rotors were fine until I put on the new brakes and now I have a little vibration when braking heavy ,more noticeable at high speeds and going down hill.
Yea it was doing before brakes and still as bad after. Like you said only during high speed braking. We usually drive the freeway everyday. Cruise around 85-90 daily. Hate getting on the on ramps. Lol
Her dad does brakes for us. That's one thing i won't touch. I do motor things. Going to do plugs and wires next. K&n filter also. Might even get an exhaust. And if headers fit from the 3.4 might try them.
wow , you making a hot rod. LOL keep us up to date, there are alot of people that would want more power out of this 3.4, I would want more mpg all though I think the GM minivan gets the best out of all minivans.
Lol i ain't. Just i know with exhaust and Shorty headers i picked up torque and didn't lose any mpg in my dodge truck. Then try a tuner to lean out at highway driving.
