so there i was changing the cap and rotor, plugs and wires. the front plugs came out perfectly....but the back are a different story! i cant get my plug socket to go on any of the back plugs, so i grabbed a mirror to see whats going on and they are shot!!! rust has built up around them so bad the socket wont go over them completely, there for i cant get enough bite to TRY and get them out. i got the car while i was deployed and sense i have been back it needs a oil pan (which i have a new one), it started to idle high around 2k (new IAC didnt work), and now the rear plugs....whats next? so, my question here is how difficult is it to tare down the top end and pull the heads off?

Before tearing off the top half of the engine, Buy some PB Buster spray (any auto parts store) and spray down the rear plugs for a couple of times for two days. This will breakdown the rust and you should be able to get the plugs out.

i seen a few say do that, and it must really work. ill give it a try and let y'all know how it goes. thanks
