Speedo issue

Hi all, I happen to notice the speedometer doesn't work. Is there a quick fix. I do have another dash cluster but it doesn't have the oil pressure gauge.

How hard is it to install the small pod that has the oil and volt meter in it on the center console?

how do you know the speed sensor isnt the issue?

I don't but the speedo is stuck at 20mph

isnt it easier to check if the sensor is generating a signal before tearing apart the cluster?
