Spoiler Removal

I have an 85 fiero with the stupid luggage rack/spoiler thing on the back.... I see the lil nut things to take them off but what is the proper way to remove them?????

Take the nuts off, Remove the rack, Patch holes with SMC filler. Do not use Bondo or fiberglass.

But how do those little round nut things come off?? Do i just cut them or what?? They are just round and cant really grab ahold of them

They are either the 11mm pressnuts. An 11mm 6-point socket should remove them.
Or they are the TORX bolts which uses a T-20 TORX socket.

Does the bolt look round with a star in the middle? That is TORX.
