starting issues

My 350 2 barrel in the morning in about 25 degrees is sparatically puttering and stalling untill its warmed up than runs fine... What's the problem?

Sounds like the choke is too tight.

Is the choke closing? also did you check that the vacuum pulloff is opening the choke a little when the car starts. There should be a spec for this. Usually it is checked with a drill bit.
