Sometimes when I start my Grandam It wont turn over right away. It only does this occasionally. Most time it starts right up. I have 64 k miles on it and bought it used 4 months ago, one owner, good car fax report. Any suggestions?

I am told that the fuel filter on my 2003 is in the tank. Has anyone changed it? If so can you elaborate?
